Post Course Online Support Including:
6 Months Post Course Support: You will have 6 months post course support via the LMS. This is in the form of the course forums in which you can post questions on any topic within the course that you are struggling with, and the instructor (and sometimes other delegates) will respond.
Additional Sample Files: In addition to the files used in the course, the LMS gives you the ability to work through additional sample files, and real world examples thereby extending both your understanding of Captivate 3 and your ability to apply the techniques.
Captivate 3 Glossary: The Captivate 3 training glossary allows you to search through a wide range of Captivate 3 terms, functions, data types etc. Due to the glossary being autolinked within our forums and other material, this also acts as a valuable quick reference directory when working through the material.
Useful Resources: Our instructors spend a vast amount of research time on technologies like Captivate, and in doing so come across a lot of useful 3rd party material. In this section we republish links to some of the more useful resources they come across, letting you benefit from their research time.
